The Research Center of the Department of Philosophy and Social Sciences (CDFS) has as main objective of activity the fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of social sciences, aiming to develop multidisciplinary research in the fields: philosophy, economics, sociology, political science, psychology and history.
CDFS organizes scientific seminars, sessions, conferences and other events, in order to communicate the results and experience gained in research. Through its activity, the research center sustains the interuniversity and international cooperation, and especially the European integration programs. In this regard, the Center supports the participation in international conferences and seminars.
