She was also part of 11 national and international research contracts, wrote more than 80 articles and scientific papers (most of them published within indexed journals) and attended different conferences in many countries. In 2001, she became a PhD in Economics with her research thesis in the Organizational Culture field.
She is a former chancellor within the Faculty of Commerce (2008-2012). Since 2008, she is a member of the Faculty Council, and since 2012 she is also the Vice-Dean in charge with the research activities and international relationships of the Faculty of Business and Tourism. Moreover, she is a member of the Romanian Association of Journalists in Tourism, co-founder of CACTUS Association – Academic Research in Tourism and Services, and member of the Academic Research Centre in Tourism and Services within the Bucharest University of Economic Studies.

Charlotte Ene studied Law at Faculty of Law, University from Bucharest. In 1998, Charlotte Ene was appointed Professor of Law at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. She teaches Business Law, International Business Law (in English), European Union Law, company (corporate) law, insurance law, etc. Charlotte Ene is member of the organizing committees of different international conferences and she is author and co-author of more articles and books in the field of Business Law, Company Law and International Business Law. She is, also, member of the Bucharest Bar since 1993.
